FHA EEM PROGRAM

A little used product is the FHA EEM program.  EEM?  Energy Efficient Mortgage.  I have done a considerable amount of reserach on this product and think it can be a wonderful value added for listings as well as a great tool to counsel first time buyers with.  I have also located a great Inspector.  Let me know if you need me to do some training for you and  your staff.  Become an industry expert!
