| Kristen Jerger manages the San Diego region for the broker and affiliate channels. After graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Business Administration, Kristen's career path led her to join the wholesale ranks in 1990. She has been a wholesale account executive in San Diego for her entire career, where she has been a top-ten ranked AE on a national basis. Past employers include Chase Home Finance, Citibank, Provident Bank as well as some regional mortgage banking companies. Kristen joined Pinnacle Capital in October 2009, to develop and establish the San Diego region. Kristen's extensive background in wholesale lending policies and guidelines, enables her to be a "hands-on" AE. She thoroughly enjoys being in the field, face-to-face with the loan officers, and putting the deals together. For her, as she says, "building a partnership with my brokers" is her favorite part of her job. When she's not doing loans......... I live in Carlsbad with my boyfriend Randy, and our 3 year old yellow Lab, Willa. I spend my free time helping rescued Labradors find new families (www.labrescuers.org), and have participated in the San Diego Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk each year beginning in 2006 - our team is the "Beach Babes for Boobs" and we've raised over $150,000 for Susan G. Komen since our inception 4 years ago. And when time allows, we love getting away to our family cabin in Lake Tahoe - usually during the summer months. |
