| Managing sales for the San Francisco Bay, Coastal and Southern California areas, with a primary focus on building our Affiliate Branch channel is my current job description with Pinnacle Capital Mortgage. I started in the mortgage industry in 1982 as an account executive. Over time, I climbed the ranks to become a consistent top producer. I have been nationally ranked 1-3 for wholesale production with several large national mortgage bankers. In more recent times, I served as an Area Sales Manager with my last three companies. Past employers include, Sears Mortgage, IMCO, Medallion Mortgage, Accubanc, National City, American Brokers Conduit and most recently, Franklin American Mortgage. As a former mortgage broker and nationally top ranked account executive and sales manager, with personal production in excess of 3 billion, I have reviewed a lot of loans. “Scrabbling” together best solutions for each individual loan scenario has gained me a wealth of knowledge on loans, and is how I came by my logo for this web-site. It has been my greatest pleasure to assist hundreds of loan originators, account executives and mortgage brokers reach the next level of their business, over the years, through education, training and support. I hope to bring this value to you, as our mortgage broker customer or affiliate branch operator. When not working on loans… I live in Clayton, California raising three awesome kids, adopted from Russia with my partner of 10 plus years, Kimmie Ruiz. From the blending of our last names, Buckman and Ruiz we have nicknamed our family “the Buckaroos”. Kimmie, Gillian, Sasha and Andre and I, spend our time skating, swimming, mountain biking, hiking and riding our Arabian horses on the foothills of Mt. Diablo. Life is good.
